Dr Tan Yar Li is an ophthalmologist at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore.
She practises comprehensive ophthalmology, and her subspecialty interest is in the field of glaucoma. She is a fellowship-trained glaucoma specialist and is experienced in performing minimally invasive glaucoma surgery.

Dr Tan obtained her medical degree from the National University of Singapore and did her ophthalmology residency training in Singapore. She obtained her master's degree in ophthalmology and completed a further 3 years of advance surgical training at the Singapore National Eye Centre.
Dr Tan obtained her specialist accreditation as a fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, where she was awarded 3 gold medals for being the best candidate in glaucoma, vitreoretinal as well as neuro-ophthalmology in the Specialists’ Exit exam. After having obtained her specialist accreditation, she also successfully completed her glaucoma subspecialty fellowship training at the Singapore National Eye Centre.
