Dr Chang worked for 12 years in NHG polyclinics and was the Deputy Head of Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic from 2019 to 2023. She is also the Deputy advisor for the Women’s Specialty Advisory Group and was part of the Cervical Screening Singapore Implementation workgroup for HPV-DNA Primary testing.

She believes in holistic care, health promotion and preventive care for patients from birth to their senior years. She aims to understand patients through their values and life course to provide quality and comprehensive care. Other than managing acute and chronic conditions, she is also adept at minor surgical procedures. As an Associate Consultant Family Physician in the polyclinic, he managed patients’ chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and asthma.

Dr Tan strongly believes in the importance of having a healthy lifestyle through healthy diet and frequent exercise, annual health screening and preventive measures such as regular vaccination. Dr Ling strongly believes in the importance of adopting a holistic approach to healthcare whereby she tries to adopt a root cause approach to diagnosing patient conditions. She enjoys taking up new challenges to learn new things, and believes strongly in working as a team. She is a strong advocate for mental health, particularly in areas such as psychogeriatrics, early psychosis, and mood disorders. Read less

Dr Tan has a keen interest in Family Medicine & Health Screening. In addition to his service in tertiary care, Dr Tan has also served in primary care in his capacity as a Medical Officer IC in MINDEF and a Resident Physician in the SGH Staff Clinic. In these roles, he attended to both acute & chronic conditions, and conducted health screening & vaccination exercises.

Outside of clinical work, Dr Tan is currently pursuing the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK) to further develop himself professionally. He also has additional interests in Men’s Health and the treatment of venereal diseases.
